Registration/Payment details

For organizational reasons we must ask you to REGISTER as soon as possible.

The registration is necessary both if you have already submitted your paper, or would like to register as a passive participant.

All participants need to register via the online form before August 1, 2025.
This is a hard deadline, and only those papers whose authors have registered will appear on the program. Please REGISTER HERE.

The registration fee is €50. This fee is waived for SEA members and students. Participants will have to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. Please do not forget to indicate your name in payment details, so that we can identify your payment.

You will receive two emails after submitting the payment form:

• The first email confirms your registration.
• The second email, which may take longer to arrive (later the same day), will include the payment instructions.
